Tender Are Invited For Log Cabin Disassembly and Removal
Ouray County is accepting sealed bids for the Colona Gravel Pit Log Cabin Disassembly and Removal. The County plans to contract with one Service Provider to provide the disassembly and removal of a Log Cabin at the Colona Gravel Pit.. The work includes the complete and total disassembly and removal of log cabin shell and all related building components, contents and materials down to the foundation. The recycling of any building materials possible is highly encouraged. Successful bidder is responsible for all disposal fees, permits and related costs for hauling away cabin shell and all remaining building materials. A base time of demolition must be included with the bid that clearly states time needed to complete the removal (“Work”). The County is seeking Service Providers whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely, cost-effective services to the County
