Request for Proposal: provision of Cash Based Intervention (cbi) Services for Iom Cambodia
International Organization for Migration, hereinafter referred to IOM hereby invites prospective proposers to submit a proposal in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP). At the Mission level, IOM is committed to scaling up cash-based responses with greater transparency and accountability to safeguard cash distributions. Currently, IOM is implementing multi-million USD projects using Cash-Based Intervention (CBI) as a key response modality. This underscores the need to expand the pool of Financial Service Providers (FSPs) to support operations more efficiently and effectively. IOM seeks FSPs capable of offering diverse cash delivery mechanisms both direct cash and digital solutions across four target provinces—Preah Vihear, Banteay Meanchey, Oddar Meanchey, and Battambang. These services must be widely accepted by partners, stakeholders, local authorities, and beneficiaries.
