Tenders Are Invited for Local Consultant, Administrative and Financial Manager (AFM)
The services provided under this contract include the administrative, financial, and accounting management of the project, as well as the control and supervision of internal procedures. Key responsibilities include personnel management, contract monitoring, insurance, equipment and supply management, and providing administrative support to the Coordinator. Financial responsibilities include budget preparation and monitoring, cash management, expenditure and payment control, bank account and disbursement monitoring, and the preparation of financial reports and dashboards. The position also involves supervising accounting operations, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and procedures, archiving supporting documents, and preparing for external financial audits.
