Tenders are invited for Public tender for the supply of food, beverages and coffee/tea to the professional college Absalon
the tender process includes a framework agreement regarding the supply of food, beverages as well as coffee/tea and related consumer products to the customer. the tender is carried out as one (1) overall framework agreement, which must support an efficient, coherent and quality-focused supply for both canteen operations, internal functions and sales to students, employees and other visitors. the purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure a stable and flexible delivery of a wide range of goods that covers the customers total needs within daily food supply, beverage range, coffee and tea and consumables for serving coffee and tea. the range must support both ordinary canteen operations with the production of meals and serving as well as sales through campus environments and other service points. a number of the customers locations have their own canteens and kitchens, which produce meals and drinks for users and visitors on a daily basis. the framework agreement must also ensure that students and employees have access to a selection of drinks, coffee and tea that, in terms of quality and recognizability, correspond to products generally available in the retail trade.
