Tender - Public Auction for the Supply of chromatographic analytical systems for the u.O.C. Public health laboratory

TENDERING LAUNCHED BY PUBLIC AUCTION FOR THE SUPPLY OF CHROMATOGRAPHIC ANALYTIC SYSTEMS FOR THE PUBLIC HEALTH LABORATORY UNIT
Hereby, through the procedure launched pursuant to Article 14 of Delegated Decree 26/2015, as amended, and in compliance with Annex 2A of Executive Committee Resolution No. 12 of December 9, 2025, the best offer is requested for the provision of the service in question.
1- CONTRACTING AUTHORITY AND PROCEDURE MANAGER
The Contracting Authority is the Social Security Institute (ISS), located at Via Scialoja, 20, Cailungo, 47893, Republic of San Marino.
The Procedure Manager is the Director of the Prevention Department.
2- OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This tender notice, divided into a single lot, concerns the supply of chromatographic analytical systems, as described in the Technical Specifications.
3- AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACT
The maximum amount for the equipment referred to in "Offer Table A" of Annex "F" is €440,000.00 (four hundred and forty thousand/00). Exceeding this amount is not permitted for basic equipment.
4- SELECTION METHOD
This tender is being conducted by public auction pursuant to Article 14, paragraph 2 of Delegated Decree No. 26/2015, as amended.
