Tender Are Invited For National consultancy to Design and Implement
Training Programs for Village Water Boards with Gender and Diversity Approach in the selected
beneficiary local. The objective is to strengthen the institutional capacity of VWBs through
comprehensive training, enhancing their technical, financial, and management capabilities, and
fostering inclusive participation, particularly of women and underrepresented groups in the water
sector.
The Government of Belize (GOBZ) has received financing from the Inter-American Development
Bank (IDB), towards the cost of the Water and Sanitation Program for Rural Areas and intends to
apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.
The consulting services (“the Services”) for National consultancy to Design and Implement
Training Programs for Village Water Boards with Gender and Diversity Approach in the selected
beneficiary local. The objective is to strengthen the institutional capacity of VWBs through
comprehensive training, enhancing their technical, financial, and management capabilities, and
