Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Provision of Training for 10,000 returnee migrants in Guinea in business and entrepreneurial skills
This IOM project, funded by the European Union, aims to train 10,000 migrants returning to Guinea in entrepreneurial skills in order to facilitate their economic and social reintegration.
Implemented in several regions of the country between May and December 2026, the program offers intensive 5-day training per cohort, covering business management, marketing, simplified accounting and personal development.
The objective is to strengthen autonomy, employability and the creation of income-generating activities, using adapted educational approaches, including in local languages.
The selected providers will be responsible for implementing training, monitoring beneficiaries and producing deliverables, in accordance with IOM requirements.
