Tenders Are Invited for “interior and exterior development works of the headquarters of the Bank of Algeria in Skikda”
Offers must be submitted to the following address: Banque d'Algérie, Direction des Services Juridiques, Secrétariat Permanent des Commissions des Marchés, 4th floor, office no. 216, located at 08, Boulevard ZIGHOUD Youcef, Algiers, in a double sealed envelope.
In the case of a temporary consortium of companies, the tender specifications must be obtained by the lead contractor or their designated representative, unless otherwise stipulated in the pre-existing memorandum of understanding.
The bidder is required to:
Have completed at least one (1) project of similar complexity to the project described in these specifications within the last seven (7) years:
(A similar project of similar complexity is defined as a project involving the rehabilitation, development, repair, or renovation of residential and/or administrative buildings.)
Have proposed a minimum warranty period of twelve (12) calendar months for the work;
Have specified the brand of all products, which must be accurately and completely listed in the designated table;
Have achieved the highest turnover of the last three (3) years, at least equal to thirty percent (30%) of the bid amount;
The technical offer must imperatively contain a bid bond in an amount which could in no case be less than one percent (01%) of the bid amount, valid for a minimum of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of opening of the bids.
