Tender Are Invited For Preparation of an Energy Balance for Saint Lucia
The Government of St Lucia is inviting a consultant to submit tenders for a consultancy to
produce Saint Lucia’s Energy Balance for the years 2013-2025. The submission should be
guided by the Terms of Reference contained herein
3. OBJECTIVES
To develop a comprehensive, transparent and accurate Energy Balance for Saint Lucia for the
period 2013-2025, consistent with international standards of the International Energy Agency
(IEA) and the United Nations Statistics Division (UNSD), capturing all primary and secondary
energy flows while building local capacity for future updates.
