Tenders Are Invited for Accommodation service for project supervision within the framework of the idb 5590/oc-es program, in the eastern area of the country”
The reference budget for these services is fifteen thousand US dollars (US$15,000.00), including VAT. The contracted price is not subject to price adjustments during the original contract period.
The delivery time for the services is as indicated in Section 4, starting from the date specified in the commencement order.
The awarding of the services will be made in installments, item by item, for the total amount available for these services.
Bids must be submitted in hard copy in a sealed envelope or digitally via email. Hard copy bids will be accepted until 4:30 p.m. at Century Tower Building, 6th Floor, Boulevard Sergio Vieira De Mello #243, Colonia San Benito, San Salvador, El Salvador. PBX: (503) 2241-3200. If you wish to submit your offer digitally, you must do so by emailing adquisicionesuep@mitur.gob.sv. Offers received after the deadline will be rejected. The deadline for receiving offers is June 1, 2026.
3. The Contracting Authority will make any necessary clarifications or amendments, either on its own initiative or at the request of invited bidders. The deadline for submitting a request for clarification is May 20, 2026, and the response to the request will be provided no later than May 27, 2026. Clarifications or amendments will be made available to all potential bidders on the Contracting Authority's website and will also be sent to all invited bidders when the invitation mechanism has been applied in the process.
