the Government of the Republic of Niger (gon) Has Obtained Financing From the African Development Bank (afdb) to Cover the Cost of the Solar Power Plant Development and Improvement of Access to Electricity in Niger (rana) Project. Part of This Financing is Intended to Be Used to Make Payments Under the Services Contract for the Recruitment of a Firm Responsible for Monitoring the Work of the 10 Mwp Hybrid Solar Power Plant and a Diffa Battery Energy Storage System.
