Keystone Moldova Announces An Open Tender for the Contracting of Consulting Services

Within the project "Increased employment opportunities at the local level and access to nurseries for vulnerable parents" funded by the European Union, co-financed and implemented by the Soros Foundation Moldova in partnership with IP Keystone Moldova and AO "Expert Grup", Grant Contract G15308 of 02.04.2025, it is planned to train specialists of the ANOFM territorial subdivisions in working with vulnerable groups, within five training sessions and the subsequent provision of follow-up sessions.
IP Keystone Moldova launches an open tender with the aim of selecting a group of consultants (minimum two consultants) to carry out these tasks. In this regard, we are requesting offers from interested individuals. Individuals residing in the Republic of Moldova can participate in the competition.
The dossier shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference and in strict accordance with the procedure set out in the Instructions to Tenderers. Incomplete dossiers will not be examined.
