Tenders Are Invited for Accounting and Financial Audit (financial Years 2018 and 2019 “closure” of the Project
the Services Provided Under This Contract Consist Of: (i) Providing An Opinion on Whether the Financial Statements Have Been Prepared, in All Material Respects, in Accordance with International Auditing Standards Issued By the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (iaasb) Or International Standards of Supreme Audit Institutions Set By the International Organization of Supreme Audit Institutions (intosi) Or National Auditing Standards; (ii) Prepare a Report on the Financial Statements and Communicate It as Required By International Standards, Based on Its Findings; (iii) Ensure That the Resources Made Available to the Project Are Used for the Purposes for Which They Were Granted; (iv) Ensure That the Acquisitions of Goods, Works and Services Financed Have Been Carried Out in Accordance with the Provisions of the Loan Agreement and Have Been Correctly Recorded in the Accounting Records; (v) Ensure That the Physical Progress of the Project Corresponds to the Funds Disbursed, is Technically Compliant with the Project Studies and, as Far as Possible, with the Planned Timetable.
