Tenders Are Invited for Design and Construction Services for the Remodeling of the 10th Floor OP CAF Peru – TEC Room
CAF —Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean— announces a public tender for the contracting of Design and Construction Services for the remodeling of the 10th floor of the CAF Peru Country Office – TEC Room.
CAF has decided to carry out work to enable and adapt the facilities and systems in this office, to adapt it to the current needs of the organization of spaces for the development of corporate events such as presentations, workshops, training, among others.
The scope of the call includes the comprehensive development of all design, engineering, permit management, coordination, supply, construction and commissioning activities, delivering the project fully completed and operational, in accordance with the technical and quality standards established by CAF.
The invitation is directed to design and construction companies specializing in office remodeling projects with experience and capacity to develop projects in Peru. Interested companies may formalize their intention to participate until 9:00 a.m. (Peru time) on Thursday, April 30, 2026.
