Tenders Are Invited for Request for Proposal to Conduct a Human Resources Assignment
The specific objectives of the assignment include:
(i) Develop the leadership competency framework for TDB, including core
competencies and functional competencies (behavior/technical competencies).
(ii) Align the leadership competency framework with the strategic vision and value of
TDB Group.
(iii) Review and update the competency framework for TDB, including core
competencies and functional competencies (behavior/technical competencies).
(iv)Embed competency framework within recruitment and selection, performance
assessment, learning and development, succession planning, leadership
development, etc.
(v) Prepare implementation framework and conduct training
