the Government of the Central African Republic Received Funding From the African Development Bank Group (fad Grant & Fat Grant), in Order to Cover the Cost of the Support Project for the Development of Growth Sectors and Promotion of Youth and Women Entrepreneurship in Agribusiness (padfp-peja) and Intends to Use Part of the Sums Granted Under These Grants to Finance the Service Contract of An Individual Consultant Responsible for Implementing the Monitoring-evaluation System and the Development of the Monitoring-evaluation Procedures Manual.
