Tenders Are Invited for – Supply Contract relating to the “Conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply and installation of generator sets for the benefit of Enabel Benin projects”
Description :
The award of this contract is coordinated by Mr. Tanguy MAFFON, Public Procurement Officer. For the duration of the procedure, all contact between the contracting authority and (potential) bidders regarding this contract must be conducted exclusively through this department/person, and (potential) bidders are prohibited from contacting the contracting authority in any other way concerning this contract, unless otherwise stipulated in these Terms and Conditions. Up to ten (10) days before the deadline for receipt of bids (inclusive), prospective bidders may submit questions regarding these Terms and Conditions and the contract. Questions should be submitted in writing: – on the E-procurement platform forum accessible on the website: https://www.publicprocurement.be/, specifically on the page displaying this publication – or by email to Mr. Tanguy MAFFON (tanguy.maffon@enabel.be) with a copy to Ms. Josiane YLONFOUN (josiane.ylonfoun@enabel.be), and will be answered as they are received. A complete overview of the questions submitted will be available no later than eight (8) days before the deadline for receipt of bids at: www.enabel.be. Until the award decision is notified, no information will be provided on the progress of the procedure.
