The subject of the public procurement is the purchase of motor fuels - motor gasoline and diesel fuel (hereinafter referred to as fuel), from the sales points of the supplier (hereinafter referred to as gas stations) in retail, and if necessary, the purchase of gas station goods and services (hereinafter referred to as gas station goods) offered by the supplier at the gas stations. The contracting authority notes that the estimated cost of the public procurement is defined as an estimate since the contracting authority does not currently know the actual volume of consumption or future fuel prices (which further affects the estimated cost).
