'Overhaul of the Chrouy Changvar Water Production Facility
The Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (PPWSA) ''Employer" hereby intends to invite interested eligible applicants for the prequalification of works including the decommissioning of part of the existing facilities; the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and control equipment; as well as miscellaneous civil works and the retrofit of buildings.
Interested Eligible Applicants may obtain further information and inspect the Prequalification Documents at the Planning and Foreign Project Management Office within the Planning and Project Department of PPWSA. The office hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Cambodia Standard Time), Monday to Friday. The PPWSA is located at #45, Street 106, Sangkat Srah Chork, Khan Daun Penh, Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia.
4. To purchase the Prequalification documents, in English, Applicants shall:
(i) A complete set of Prequalification Documents may be purchased by interested applicants upon submission of a written application to the address indicated above. A hard copy of the Prequalification Documents is available for a non-refiindable fee of Five Hundred US Dollars (USD 500), payable in cash. If a soft copy is requested in addition to the hard copy, an additional fee of Two Hundred and Fifty US Dollars (USD 250), payable in cash, will be charged. If an applicant requests overseas delivery of the documents through a logistics provider, the additional delivery cost shall be borne by the applicant and paid prior to dispatch.
(ii) Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (PPWSA) will not be liable for any delays in delivery or loss of documents that are sent via mail or courier.
