the Government of the Republic of Benin Has Requested Funding From the African Development Bank (afdb) and the Africa Growing Together Fund (agtf), Hereinafter Referred to as 'the Bank', to Finance the Stormwater Drainage Program for Secondary Cities (papvs) and Intends to Use Part of This Funding to Make Payments Under the Contract for the Acquisition of Pre-collection and Waste Transport Collection Equipment (tools, Tricycles, and Container Lift Trucks, 2 Axles and 3 Axles).
