Request for expressions of interest
the government of belize (gobz) has received financing from the caribbean development bank (cdb) towards the cost of the implementation of multi-hazard impact-based forecast and early warning system for the belize watershed project and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds to eligible payments under this contract. payment by cdb will be made only at the request of gobz and upon approval by cdb, and will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the grant agreement. the grant agreement prohibits a withdrawal from the grant account for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import, to the knowledge of cdb, is prohibited by a decision of the united nations security council taken under chapter vii of the charter of the united nations. no party other than gobz shall derive any rights from the grant agreement or have any claim to the proceeds of the grant.
the ministry of finance, investment, economic transformation, civil aviation, and e-governance is the executing agency of this project and now wishes to procure consultancy services for the production of audio and video adverts to support tsunami awareness campaign.
the objective of the consultancy is to support nemo in the tsunami campaign via the production of high-quality audio and video adverts. the duration of the assignment is expected to be for a period of 2.5 months. further details can be found in the attached terms of reference (tor).
the ministry of finance, investment, economic transformation, civil aviation, and e-governance now invites interested eligible individual consultants to submit expressions of interest, in the form of a curriculum vitae (cv) and cover letter, indicating qualifications and experience required to provide these consultancy services detailed in the attached terms of reference.
