Request for proposal
Acquisition of technological and audiovisual equipment for the production of materials and systematization of initial education experiences.
Acquire and supply audiovisual technological equipment in accordance with the technical specifications defined by the MINED and the standards established by UNICEF, aimed at strengthening the processes of material production and knowledge management in Initial Education.
Activities to develop:
•Acquisition of technological equipment in correspondence with the technical specifications provided. (See annex A - ET of the equipment).
•Ensuring appropriate conditions for the technical review, inventory and coding of technological equipment by MINED and UNICEF prior to final delivery.
•Labeling of technological equipment according to the design provided by UNICEF. The type of label (laser printing, sublimated or decal) is specified in the description of each item.
•Ensuring the correct operation of the equipment through appropriate configurations and control tests.
