Expression of interest for Technical Assistance
the Services Included Under This Project Are to Support the Ministry of Works and Transport, as the Executing Agency of the Project, in the Financial Management of the Project, in Terms of Ensuring Adequate Internal Control, Interim Financial Reporting and Compliance to Financial Audit Requirements and Timelines. the Individual Consultant Shall Be Engaged as a Technical Assistant for Project Accountant to Support the Executing Agency on a Day-to-day Basis Over a Period of 36 Months, in the Financial Management of the Project. the Project Entails the Upgrading of the Railway Line From Kranzberg to Otjiwarongo Consisting of the Following Components: Supply of Goods, Railway Upgrading Works, Consulting Services, Skills Development and Institutional Support and Resettlement and Compensation. the Accountant Shall Primarily Support the Ministry in the Financial Management on All the Project Components, and is to Be on a Full Time Contractual Basis.
