Tender description : Public Competition:engineering Design, Author Supervision and Construction and Assembly Works for the Modernization of the Building of the Health Service in the Village of Debren with the Aim of Increasing the Quality of Health Services The subject of this public procurement is "Engineering Design, Author's Supervision and Construction and Installation Works for the Modernization of the Health Service Buildings in the Village of Debren with the Aim of Improving the Quality of Health Services". The main objective of this public procurement is to select an external contractor for the preparation of the investment project in the second phase of the "technical project" for the facilities built for the Health Service in the Village of Debren, exercising author's supervision over the construction and implementation of the construction and installation works and all other related activities necessary for the implementation of the project in accordance with the project approval. In view of the above, it is noted that the environment should be a priority for the Contractors when carrying out the construction work, which is a real public nuisance. During the implementation of the construction activities, the Contractors should take measures to reduce noise, dust and pollutant emissions. When completing the construction and assembly work, the Contractor shall limit his actions only to the construction site. The Contractor shall minimize and reduce the negative impact on the construction site. After completing the construction and assembly work, the Contractor shall restore the construction site to its original condition - remove the equipment and machinery and any unused materials and leave the site clean of debris. During the completion of the project, the Contractor shall comply with the provisions of the normative acts in force in the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as with respect to the environment and shall refrain from such obligations. All Expenditures for the Improvement of Environmental Quality Are Based on It. Considering the Waste Generated During Construction, the Contractor shall take measures to prevent or reduce its quantity, and when contamination occurs, take immediate action to limit its consequences for the health of people and the environment.
