Tenders are invited for Dynamic procurement system for municipal kindergartens and nurseries for ordering catering services
Under the dynamic procurement system, related procurements are carried out for the provision of catering services to Tallinns municipal kindergartens and nurseries. According to the provisions of § 4 (1) of Tallinns procurement procedure, the Tallinn Education Department is the central procurer for the organization of public procurement of catering services for municipal kindergartens and nurseries in the sense of the Public Procurement Act. / Grounds for exclusion and qualification conditions.
