Expression of interest for : Consulting Firm Service
The Government of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria has received a grant from the African Development Bank Group (AfDB), or "the Bank," under the Technical Assistance Fund for Middle-Income Countries (TAF-MIDC), to cover the cost of the project to develop a diagnostic assessment of the CNED's situation and propose a development plan for the institution.
Accordingly, the National Equipment Fund for Development (CNED), hereinafter referred to as the "Project Implementation Agency," intends to use part of this grant to launch a Call for Expressions of Interest for the recruitment of a consulting firm (hereinafter referred to as the "Firm") to assist and support it in the implementation of the aforementioned project. This action aims to update the existing management guide for major economic and social infrastructure projects, developed in 2010 (available on the CNED website), as well as to develop a specific guide for evaluating environmental and social impact assessments (ESIAs), in accordance with international best practices and the Algerian regulatory framework.
