Procurement of DOST VI – Regional Standards and Testing Laboratory Equipment
Procurement of equipment for the DOST VI - Regional Standards and Testing Laboratory, specifically the Kjeldahl Digestion and Distillation System, the Fat Solvent Extraction with Acid Hydrolysis System, and the Drying Air Convection Oven. KJELDAHL DIGESTION AND DISTILLATION SYSTEM 1 UNIT Minimum 20-position digestion capacity, fully Automatic Digestion system Maximum digestion temperature: = 430 °C, accuracy: ± 0.5 °C Protein recovery must be = 99.5% Detection limit: =0.1mg N Integrated scrubber / fume neutralization system Semi-automated distillation with automated reagent addition and waste removal Full compliance to AOAC methods. The equipment shall be brand new, and compliant with European Conformity Markings CE Declaration of Conformity System shall use manufacturer-developed proprietary software integrated with the unit, with audit trail and user access control. FAT SOLVENT EXTRACTION WITH ACID HYDROLYSIS SYSTEM 1 UNIT 6-placer, fully automated extraction cycle: Immersion, Washing, Solvent recovery, Cooling Solvent recovery efficiency must be = 90%, Designed for routine laboratory operation Full compliance to AOAC Methods Parts must be compatible with Petroleum ether as solvent 1 unit Water circulating chiller with built-in pump for re-circulation and temperature control 1 Hydrolysis unit with complete set of glassware and consumables for hydrolysis, suitable for minimum 6 samples, 2 sets of glassware and consumables necessary for acid hydrolysis system. The equipment shall be brand new, and compliant with European Conformity Markings CE Declaration of Conformity Includes all accessories necessary to run the system, containers with reagent level control systems, and =5kVA AVR Consumables & Glassware to be supplied with the system: 1. 2 boxes 25pcs/box Cellulose extraction thimbles, 33 × 80 mm or equivalent 2. 12 pcs.
