Regarding a project to manage and operate an employee cafe
The tender documents can be obtained from the Tenders Committee Coordinator on the
first floor of the Institute's Administration Building, subject to the following conditions:
• Submission of a letter expressing the company's interest in participating in the tender.
• Payment of the tender documents and quantities fee, estimated at (300) Libyan Dinars.
The completed tender documents must be submitted along with the following documents:
• Company file containing valid registration documents in Libya (Articles of Incorporation,
Bylaws, and an official extract from the Commercial Register).
The site visit will be on Sunday, February 22, 2026. The meeting point is the inner
courtyard of the Institute's mosque at 11:00 AM.
