Framework agreement for the provision of financial services for cash transfers through digital platforms in Guatemala. The selected provider must offer one or more cash delivery mechanisms, which may include mobile money/e-wallets, ATM cards or prepaid cards, electronic transfers, and electronic vouchers. They are also required to make payments to beneficiaries on behalf of IOM, ensuring competitive and transparent fees, and to guarantee monitoring, control, and traceability of transactions. The provider must provide continuous technical and operational assistance to IOM throughout the implementation cycle of the transfers.
