The selected firm will be responsible for maintaining the operational functionality of the existing smart waste management system, which includes monitoring system functionality, conducting monthly inspections of sensor-equipped bins, troubleshooting and resolving issues, providing software support, conducting preventive maintenance, and submitting performance and maintenance reports.
