Tenders are invited for The organization of public bus transport on public bus lines in läänemaa
The subject of the agreement is the fulfillment of the public service obligation within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council, in accordance with the conditions set out in the RHAD and its annexes, including the transport of passengers based on the ATL on public bus lines in Läänemaa during the expected period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2036, the sale of tickets, and the organization of other services associated with the public service obligation and the supervision thereof in accordance with the conditions provided for in the RHAD and its annexes. / Grounds for removal and qualification conditions.
