Tenders Are Invited for Legal Advice Consultant Ii
The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), as part of the services it provides to its beneficiary partner countries, is providing financing for this acquisition within the framework of the Investment and Modernization Program for the Justice Sector of the Republic of Guatemala.
2. EXECUTING AND CONTRACTING ENTITY
2.1 The Executing Entity for this process is: Ministry of the Interior (MINGOB).
2.2 The Executing Entity is responsible for this acquisition process and, to this end, appoints the Executive Committee for the process and invites proposals for the required contract.
2.3 The Contractor will be selected in accordance with the procedures of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration established in the Policy for Obtaining Goods, Works, Services, and Consultancies with CABEI Resources and its Implementing Regulations , which can be found at the following address on the website: https://www.bcie.org .

3. PROCESS PRESENTATION
3.1 General Objectives of the Acquisition:
To assist and strengthen the UEEP in the preparation and analysis of legal documents, the regulatory framework and its impact to achieve the execution of the Program, carrying out the technical-legal analyses of laws linked to the activities in accordance with the provisions of Loan Contract No. 2181, and related documents.
3.2 The Executing Agency makes available to interested parties all documentation related to this tender, necessary for the preparation of proposals. This information will be available at:
