Tenders are invited for: Qualification as a manufacturer of cable (copper) The cables used in the sbb cable network have clearly defined quality and functionality characteristics. These are specified and are checked as part of a qualification process. Companies that want to supply the sbb must subject their products to the qualification process and meet the requirements set. This qualification process ensures that the products offered meet the technical and quality requirements of the sbb and that the applicants are assessed uniformly and fairly. An application for qualification can be submitted at any time. The publication of the testing system and the list of qualified companies takes place once a year.
