electronic, open, public competition, for the conclusion of a framework agreement (F.A.) of 2 years duration, for the supply of officer, soldier, and student belts from production schools, with the aim of meeting the needs of the battalion, schools, periodic provision of staff, newly hired supervisors - OVA and retraining of reserves
