Request for price quotes: Acquisition of fuel and lubricants (F&L) for the year 2026
Gasoline AI-92 GOST 32513—2013 Fuel delivery must be carried out through gas stations (AZS) and gas filling stations (AGZS) of the supplier around the clock by vouchers or card systems. Filling stations must have an extensive network in the territory of Kazakhstan. There should also be at least one gas station in the Munaily district of the Mangistau region. The supplier provides the customerrepresentative at the destination of the goods with the following documents: 1) originals or notarized copies of the factory quality certificate and/or technical passport of the goods issued by the manufacturer (sender), or another document issued by the manufacturer containing information about the completeness of the goods, its technical characteristics, operating rules, warranty, and other information necessary to determine the quality of the goods and its compliance with regulatory and technical documents recognized in the Republic of Kazakhstan, except in cases where the information is indicated on the goods themselves and/or their packaging or the quality of the goods is confirmed by the stamp of the manufacturer or another designation on the goods themselves and/or their packaging with an explanation of the indicated designations; 2) a copy of the document on the assessment of the compliance of the goods (certificate of conformity/declaration of conformity/certificate of state registration), certified by the supplier, except for goods that do not require mandatory confirmation of compliance; 3) warranty (obligation) certificate of the manufacturer or supplier (if necessary).

The supplied winter seasonal diesel fuel must meet the requirements of GOST 32511-2013 (freezing point not higher than -45 degrees) Cetane number, at least 49; Cetane index, at least 46; Density at 15ºC, kg/m³, 800.0-840.0; Mass fraction of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons not more than 8%; Mass fraction of sulfur, mg/kg, not more than 10.0; Fractional composition: distilled at a temperature of 180ºC, not more than 10%; distilled at a temperature of 360ºC, not more than 95%; Kinematic viscosity, at 40ºC, mm²/s 1.5-4.0; Limit filterability temperature ºC, not higher than minus 26; Cloud point temperature, ºC, not higher than minus 16; Flash point, determined in a closed crucible, ºC, not lower than 55; Lubricating ability: corrected wear spot diameter (wsd) at a temperature of 60ºC, µm, not more than 460; Copper strip corrosion (3h at 50ºC), units on the scale - Class 1; Ash content, % by mass, not more than 0.01; Coking of 10% distillation residue, 0.3%, not more than; Mass fraction of water, mg/kg not more than 200; Total contamination, mg/kg not more than 24; Oxidative stability: total amount of sediment g/m³ not more than 25%. The supplier, after signing the contract, is obliged to provide winter seasonal diesel fuel in accordance with GOST 32511-2013 upon request and ensure daily needs according to the contract. Fuel is purchased using electronic cards or coupons with the provision of a detailed monthly report. The supplier must ensure the round-the-clock operation of gas stations in all specified settlements, providing a list and addresses after the contract is concluded. In case of failure, breakdown, or closure for repairs of the gas station, the supplier undertakes to provide backup gas stations. To ensure the uninterrupted operation of the customer, the supplier must have at least two gas stations (hereinafter - GS) in the Munaily district, within a radius of no more than 10 kilometers from the village of Mangistau.
Liquefied petroleum gas. GOST 27578-2018. Liquefied gas for refueling vehicles. Physicochemical and operational indicators of liquefied gases: 1. Component content: - total methane, ethane, mass fraction, % - not regulated. - propane, mass fraction, % - 50.0 +/- 10.0 - total unsaturated hydrocarbons, mass fraction, %, no more than - 6.0 2. Content of hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan sulfur: mass fraction, %, no more than - 0.01 including hydrogen sulfide mass fraction, %, no more than - 0.003 3. Volume fraction of liquid residue at a temperature of 20 °C, %, no more than - 1.6 4. Odor intensity, points, at least - 3. The product is purchased by vouchers or card system. From the moment of receiving vouchers or cards, the supply of the product must be carried out around the clock. GOST 27578-2018. "LIQUEFIED HYDROCARBON GASES FOR ROAD TRANSPORT" Filling stations must be located in the territory of the Munaily District, Mangystau Region.
