Tenders are invited for wireless communication system for the fire department and the national crisis management and risk response mechanism (natchamm).
The object of the project is the design, procurement, installation, and support of a "wireless communication system for the fire department and the national crisis management and risk response mechanism (saepsemda)" for more effective coverage of its operational needs throughout the territory. The system will offer combined voice and data services in network mode. The fundamental characteristics of the system will be availability, reliability, security, quality, and scalability. The system consists of telecommunications equipment, hardware, and software, which will provide priority voice transfer capability and essential data. It ensures group or individual calls in the field of operations, as well as two-way communication of users with the competent services of the fire department, at central (esksedik), regional (13 regional centers - pek), and local levels (fire services / stations - py, ps, pk). The digital radio system will be based on a backbone network, via microwave links, of the "syzyxis" and "syzyxis II" networks or other means. It will be used to support the operations of the fire department and aims for seamless communications for collaborative crisis management, common situational awareness, information exchange, and cooperation with all services of the fire department and civil protection and immediate decision-making.
