Pre-Qualification of Investment & operation of building no.338 road 7307 block 373
Investment & operation of building no.338 road 7307 block 373 manama area located on part of plot no 08021467 owned by the ministry of municipalities affairs and agriculture, for a period of 16 years including a grace period of twelve months the investor shall be responsible for developing, investing in, and operating the building throughout the contract period in return for a monthly usufruct fee.
