Expression of Interest:The objectives of the consultancy services are:
The mowram/pmu, in its role as “employer”, will employ a local consultant engineer to undertake national civil/site supervision engineer, to act as “consultant”, as defined in the construction contract documents. the consultant will be suitably qualified and experienced expert who can carry out all of the construction supervision duties as a fully competent and independent individual.
