The mowram/pmu, in its role as “employer”, will employ a local consultant engineer to undertake national occupational health and safety specialist position, to act as “consultant”, as defined in the construction contract documents. the consultant will be suitably qualified and experienced expert who can carry out all of the construction supervision duties as a fully competent and independent individual.
