Expression of Interest:Adb is supporting the government of tajikistan across several ongoing and planned technical assistance (ta) activities covering industrial development, sme support, export facilitation, climate and green economy reforms, green finance, digital transformation, public financial management, and international taxation. key counterpart agencies include the ministry of industry and new technologies (mint), ministry of finance (mof), export agency of tajikistan, tax committee, agency for innovation and digital technologies (aidt), committee for environmental protection (cep), and other relevant institutions.
The consultant will work under the supervision of the adb ptl and perform the following tasks: a. coordination and liaison b. implementation monitoring and reporting c. technical and administrative support d. stakeholder engagement e. monitoring & evaluation of the geds action plan (2026–2028) f. study on the green finance market of tajikistan g. other responsibilities
