Tenders Are Invited for Supply of diaper pants and dressing materials
1. Contractors Who Are Not Subject to Exclusion and Who Meet the Conditions for Participation in the Procedure Referred to in Art. May Apply for the Award of a Contract. 112 Section 2 of the Public Procurement Law.
2. Contractors Who Meet the Following Conditions May Apply for the Award of the Contract:
1) Ability to Engage in Business Transactions. the Ordering Party Does Not Impose Any Specific Requirements Regarding the Fulfillment of This Condition.
2) Authorization to Conduct Specific Business Or Professional Activities, Provided That This Results From Separate Regulations. the Ordering Party Will Consider the Condition Met After Submitting An Excerpt Or Information From the Relevant Register Or the Central Register and Information on Business Activity, If Separate Regulations Require Entry in the Register Or Register.
3) Economic Or Financial Situation. the Ordering Party Does Not Impose Any Specific Requirements Regarding the Fulfillment of This Condition.
4) Technical Or Professional Capacity. the Ordering Party Does Not Impose Any Specific Requirements Regarding the Fulfillment of This Condition.
grounds for Exclusion From the Proceedings
1. the Ordering Party Provides for the Following Optional Grounds for Exclusion Specified in Art. 108 Section 1, in Art. 109(1)(4) of the Public Procurement Law, and Pursuant to the Applicable Provisions Specified in Art. 7 Section 1 Act of April 13, 2022 on Special Solutions for Counteracting Support for Aggression Against Ukraine and for Protecting National Security (journal of Laws of 2022, Item 835)
