Eskan bank published bot land auction to develop a mix use project at seef district. the land area is 3,264 sqm. all investors, who are register in e-tendering system, can participate in this auction. the lease period is 25 years under bot system starting from the date of signing the agreement. at the end of 25 years period, the building is to be returned in usable condition.
