Investment & operation of building no.33 road 13 block 314 manama area located on part of plot no 03240081 owned by the ministry of municipalities affairs and agriculture, for a period of 3 years including a grace period of twelve months the investor shall be responsible for developing, investing in, and operating the building throughout the contract period in return for a monthly usufruct fee.
