Request for Expressions of Interest Consultancy Services - Preparation of Resilience Projects for Three Water Utilities
the Ccrif Spc (former Caribbean Catastrophe Risk Insurance Facility Segregated Portfolio Company) Has Received Financing From the Caribbean Development Bank (cdb) Towards the Cost of the Building Resilience and Recovery Capacity of Water Utilities Through Cwuic Sp Project and Intends to Apply a Portion of the Proceeds to Eligible Payments Under This Contract. Payment By Cdb Will Be Made Only at the Request of the Ccrif Spc and Upon Approval By Cdb, and Will Be Subject, in All Respects, to the Terms and Conditions of the Financing Agreement. the Grant Agreement Prohibits a Withdrawal From the Grant Account for the Purpose of Any Payment to Persons Or Entities, Or for Any Import of Goods, If Such Payment Or Import, to the Knowledge of Cdb, is Prohibited By a Decision of the United Nations Security Council Taken Under Chapter Vii of the Charter of the United Nations. No Party Other Than Ccrif Spc Shall Derive Any Rights From the Grant Agreement Or Have Any Claim to the Proceeds of the Grant.
the Ccrif Spc is the Executing Agency of This Project and Now Wishes to Procure Consultancy Services for the Preparation of Resilience Projects for Three Water Utilities.
the Objective of the Consultancy is to Identify and Prioritise Projects That Will Build the Resilience to Disasters and Climate Risks of 3 Water Utilities in Cdb’s Client Countries and Prepare 1 Selected Project for Each of the Utilities for Disaster And/or Climate Resilient Investment By the Cdb. Further Details Can Be Found in the Attached Terms of Reference. the Duration of the Assignment is Expected to Be for a Period of Twelve (12) Months From the Official Kick-off Date of the Consultancy and Will Involve Key Experts on Water and Sanitation, Climate Change, Social and Gender Inclusion, and Finance. the Ccrif Spc Now Invites Interested Eligible Consulting Firms to Submit Expressions of Interest (eoi) for the Provision of These Consultancy Services.
