Tenders Are Invited for Fkz 3724 65 705 0 - Awareness and Qualification of Water Maintainers to Reduce Substance Inputs Into Small Water Bodies of the Agricultural Landscape. Refo-plan 2025: "awareness and Qualification of Water Maintainers to Reduce Substance Inputs Into Small Water Bodies of the Agricultural Landscape". Water Bodies in the Agricultural Landscape Are Usually Assessed Annually By the Water Maintainers and Subjected to Maintenance Measures. in This Context, Substance Inputs (pesticides and Nutrients) From the Surrounding Agricultural Areas Are Also Relevant, But Have Not Yet Been the Focus. the Actors, Who Are Partly Organized in Associations and Trained for This Task, Are Directly Active at Such Small Water Bodies (permanently as Well as Temporarily Water-bearing), Which Have Been Identified as Significant Entry Points for Pesticides From Agriculture Into Water Bodies Within the Framework of the Joint Small Water Monitoring in the Agricultural Landscape (uba / Ufz 2018-2021). as Part of the Project, a Training Program Will Be Developed to Raise Awareness of Substance and Nutrient Inputs in Relation to Climate Change, Habitat Banks, and Riparian Zones. the Training Sessions Will Build on Findings From the Nationwide Small Water Monitoring and From Funding Clarification Procedures Regarding Substance Inputs Into Groundwater. Local Knowledge About Water Pollution Will Be Taken Into Account, and the Training Sessions Will Have a High Practical Relevance. Scientific Findings From Research, Pesticide Approval, and Environmental Monitoring Will Be Conveyed "as Concretely as Possible and as Academically as Necessary."
