the Ministry of Rural Development Has Received Financing From Kfw, Afd and Eu/aif Toward the Cost of the Rural Infrastructure Development for Cambodia Program (rid4cam) and Intends to Apply Part of the Proceeds for Payments Under the Road Rehabilitation Contracts of Batch 3 (lots No. 19-20).
