Tenders Are Invited for Selection of a Cabinet/study Bureau for the Supervision and Control of the Realization of the Management Work of Ten (10) Parameters in the Dosso Region.
Mission title: selection of a consulting firm/design office for the supervision and control of the execution of the development works of ten (10) irrigated perimeters in the dosso region.

the ministry of agriculture and livestock has obtained funding under loan agreement no. 2000003111 and grant agreement no. 2000003112, signed between the republic of niger and the international fund for agricultural development (ifad) to cover the cost of the project to strengthen the resilience of rural communities to food and nutritional insecurity in niger (precis) and plans to use part of it to acquire advisory services.
The use of ifad funds is subject to ifad's approval, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the financing agreement and ifad's rules, policies, and procedures. Ifad and its agents, representatives, and employees are released from all liability for any legal actions, proceedings, claims, demands, losses, and liabilities of any kind that any party may invoke in connection with the project to strengthen the resilience of rural communities to food and nutrition insecurity in niger (precis).
The advisory services (“the services”) include the monitoring and control of the execution of development works in ten (10) irrigated perimeters in the dosso region .
This call for expressions of interest follows the public procurement plan published in the sahel quotidien newspaper no. 10903 of april 8, 2025 .
The minister of agriculture and livestock (“the client”) now invites eligible consulting firms (“the consultants”) to express their interest in providing the services in question. Interested consultants are required to provide information demonstrating that they possess the necessary qualifications and experience to deliver these services. Consultants interested in this notice may obtain a complete application package free of charge during official business hours from:
