Expression of Interest:1. the Agricultural Value Chain Competitiveness and Safety Enhancement Project (acsep) Aims to Strengthen Value Chain of Competitive Agricultural Products (caps) Such as Cassava, Mangoes, Cashew Nuts, Vegetables, and Native Chicken in Six Target Provinces (tboung Khmum, Kampong Cham, Kampong Thom, Siem Reap, Oddor Meanchey and Preah Vihear). the Project Focuses On(1) Facilitating Access to Credit for Agro-enterprises and Agricultural Cooperatives, (2) Promoting Viable Market Linkages Among Agro- Enterprises and Agricultural Cooperatives and Enhancing Food Safety and Quality, and (3) Improving Farm- To-market Connectivity. the Project Will Benefit 230 Agricultural Cooperatives(about 27,000 Households) and About 50 Agribusinessesin the Project Areas. 2. to Ensure Maff’s Information Systems and Digital Transformation Initiatives Are in Line with the Objective of An Integrated Ict Data Platform, as Specified in the Strategic Plan, Maff Has Established a Centralized Data Center and Network Infrastructure. 3. to Avoid Delays in Achieving An Integrated Ict Data Platform and to Ensure Effective Configuration, Migration, Management, and Maintenance of This Infrastructure, in Advance of Recruitment of the Acsep Supported It Consultant Package, Maff Seeks to Recruit a Qualified It Consultant with Expertise in Data Center Operations, Network Management, Database Migration, and Cybersecurity.
the Main Scope of the Consultancy as Follows: - Configure, Optimize, and Secure Maff’s Centralized Data Centre Infrastructure, Hosting Server, and Mail Server to Achieve An Integrated Ict Data Platform; - Migrate Existing Database Systems and Data From All Departments to the New Data Centre; - Manage and Maintain Maff’s Network Systems to Ensure High Availability, Reliability, and Performance; - Build Internal Capacity By Training Maff’s Technical Staff, and - Liaise with the National Ict Consultant to Finalize Procurement Packages to Ensure That Specification of Goods and Consultants Are in Line with the Planned Integrated Ict Data Platform.
