Tenders Are Invited for New Class B Fire Pumpersthis Request for Supplier Qualifications (rfsq) is Issued By the Government of Bermuda on Behalf of the Bermuda Fire & Rescue Service (bfrs) to Invite Qualified Proponents to Express Their Interest and Demonstrate Their Capability to Design, Construct, and Deliver Up to Six (6) Customized Class B Medium Duty Fire Pumpers. the Delivery of These Vehicles Will Occur Over a Six-year Period, Beginning in Fiscal Year 2025/2026, as Part of a Strategic, Multi-phase Fleet Renewal Program Aimed at Strengthening National Emergency Response Capabilities. the Intent of This Rfsq is to Identify and Pre-qualify Suppliers with the Proven Technical Expertise, Engineering Capability, and After-sales Support Infrastructure Necessary to Deliver Fire Apparatus That Are Custom-built to Meet Bermuda’s Unique Geographic, Road, and Operational Conditions.
