Tenders are invited for provision of specialized consulting support services (technical and administrative) for the design, preparation of tenders, and supervision of the implementation of port upgrading projects
The subject of the framework agreement consists of the provision of specialized consulting support services (technical and administrative) for the design, preparation of tenders, and supervision of the implementation of upgrading projects for designated ports (as defined in Article 29, Law 2160/1993) or ports that are in the process of immediate designation and are under the management of public and municipal authorities (port organizations, municipal port funds, municipalities, or other development agencies of public and municipal interest) that do not have the required technical competence and financial capacity. • Specifically, the following groups of services are included.
